I lead Leppur Marketing with a background shaped inside hotels, not marketing agencies. For more than two decades, I worked in senior hospitality leadership roles across luxury and boutique properties in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
My experience spans hotel operations, food & beverage leadership, and on-property management at properties like Aman, The Peninsula, and Radisson. These were roles where trust is built face-to-face and reputations are earned daily. That operational grounding defines how I think about visibility today: not as traffic or tactics, but as discovery, shaped by how real customers search, decide, and commit.
Hospitality is global, but discovery is always local. Across my time in Berlin, Beijing, and the Maldives, I saw a consistent pattern: exceptional properties were often reduced to thin digital listings, losing visibility to louder but less distinctive alternatives.
